Hi there, Doug Chapman here with my wife, Ruth to tell you a bit about us. We are both long time outdoor enthusiasts and have been involved in the canoe outfitting business for fifteen very successful years and have been canoeing the waters of Quetico for nearly thirty years now! Let us pass our experience along to you in the form of a never-to-be-forgotten canoeing adventure! Of course, the Canadian winters don't leave much water for canoeing, so we need something to keep us busy between seasons! We also operate the Nor'West Outdoor Centre in Thunder Bay where we offer lessons in rock or ice climbing, hiking, 4-season camping, snowboarding, bouldering and wilderness survival to folks of all ages!
