Our Extra 10%
We always give a solid 100% effort when serving our guests. On top of this we go that extra mile (To Canadians that is 1.6km) to take care of the "little things" that are easily overlooked - which add up to another 10% of effort. The end result is 110% of complete committment to you - our guest - and you deserve nothing less!

Experience
Doug and Ruth Chapman have been canoeing the waters in Quetico Park for thirty years. Doug is President of Canadian Quetico Outiftters and a former high school teacher. Ruth is President of the Nor'West Outdoor Centre in Thunder Bay. Together, their expertise not only in business, but also in canoeing, camping and a host of other outdoor activities combine to result in a truly memorable experience for the guests. However, the Chapmans' most important experience is in their ability to achieve complete guest satisfaction... whatever it takes.
